I'm Carlos Buenosvinos. I help teams excel by building the right thing right.

I'm a technology executive with a mission: teams that excel. Currently VP Digital at IFCO, the global leader in reusable packaging solutions, where I lead digital transformation across the supply chain. I believe the best technology organizations combine strong engineering culture with relentless product focus.

Before IFCO, I was CTO & CPO at Qualifyze, the leading supplier qualification platform, and CTO & Head of SEAT:CODE, the software innovation hub of SEAT/CUPRA (Volkswagen Group). Earlier, I served as Technology Director at Adevinta (Schibsted), overseeing engineering for marketplace platforms across multiple countries.

Beyond my operating roles, I advise and invest in technology companies. I'm a long-term advisor to Siroko, a DTC sports brand, and I angel invest in B2B SaaS, developer tools, and supply chain technology. I work with founders on technology strategy, organizational design, and scaling engineering teams.

I've co-authored two books — "Domain-Driven Design in PHP" and "CQRS by Example" — and created Ansistrano, an open-source deployment tool with 2.4k+ GitHub stars. I've organized DevOps Barcelona Conference and PHP Barcelona Conference, and spoken at 20+ conferences internationally. My video series "Rigor Talks" covers software craftsmanship topics.
